Conveniently located just a few steps from the Duke of Wellington pub, 10 mins walk from the Stanwick Hotel, 20 mins walk from Stanwick Lakes for walking/biking, 6 mins drive from Rushden Lakes shopping. Village has a shop and post office and regular bus service. Property sleeps up to 4 (2 in bedroom plus 2 sofa beds in lounge)

Nestled in the Northamptonshire countryside you'll find The Cottage at Montagu House. Once the original farm house for a farm, The Cottage has lots of original charms including old beams and a bread oven. Just a short walk away from the local and infamous Montagu arms pub and restaurant as well as wonderful countryside walks. The Cottage at Montagu House is a perfect getaway. Beautiful, quiet barn conversion

This old stone barn was converted to a high standard in 2005 and is in a quiet rural village location with wonderful countryside for walking, fishing, cycling etc. With a high vaulted ceiling, modern kitchen and bathroom the bedroom is large enough to have 2 king size beds and a sofa bed and can sleep 5 people in comfort. The collection of classic bikes displayed on the wall will amaze and inspire. The village has a lovely pub, chip shop, Indian takeaway, lake, River Nene. Great location.

Our cosy space offers tiny living with luxury. We are confident that our small yet mighty space will meet your needs offering a comfy double bed, shower room, snuggly sofa and a fully fitted kitchen and inspire you on what can be created in a small space. Our cosy space is a renovated garage situated next to our house but you will have your own private entrance and lock safe. Parking is also available. Dogs are very welcome but please add them onto the booking as there is a charge .

Bijou Cottage is a charming and unique one bedroom cottage, nestled in the picturesque village of Lowick, in the heart of Northamptonshire. The cottage, which dates back to the mid 1700s, has recently undergone a full refurbishment and is now ready to welcome guests. The unique position and size creates a cosy feel. Outside there is ample ‘off lane’ parking and its own garden to complete the space available for guests. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space!

Located in the beautiful village of Sudborough, 20 mins from the towns of Kettering, Corby and Oundle. One king- sized bedroom upstairs with a small kitchenette with induction hob and combi microwave in an open-plan living space downstairs. We are pet friendly with small, private enclosed garden and terrace for the property . Dominic and Emily live on-site, across the courtyard garden at the front of the property, however The Hayloft feels perfectly private.
