Rest, soak, retreat. The Studio is a converted grain store on a hidden 200 year old farm. Simple to access from the A38 or the London mainline - it’s a secret escape near beaches, restaurants, pubs, a 24hr Little Waitrose, farm shop, stately homes and attractions. There is room for two adults and up to two little children (sharing small sofa bed/one in travel cot), or one older child. One night stays are restricted: Max two guests. Willow Barn Cottage

Willow Barn Cottage is a lovely compact one bedroom cottage located in the grounds of Willow Barn. Recently redecorated and refurbished It is a beautiful place to stay in South east Cornwall easy driving distance of the coastal towns of Looe, Polperro and Fowey. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen & bathroom, access to Sky TV (including Sports and Movies), Netflix and Amazon Prime. The cottage has a private hot tub in its own garden which is available at all times throughout the year.

The Carriage Room

The Carriage Room is a self-contained studio attached to a Victorian coach house (Highfield House) with its own separate entrance. EV charger available. Highfield House is in the picturesque village of St Germans, backed by open fields for long walks with views down the Lynher estuary. 10 mins drive from the Cornish coast including the beautiful beaches of Portwrinkle and Whitsands Bay. 2 minute walk from the train station with regular services to Penzance, Plymouth and London Paddington.

A romantic setting for the perfect getaway. Our hut is situated in a traditional Cornish Apple orchard. Guests will have private access to the wood fired hot tub. Guests will be able to explore the surrounding countryside, beaches and restaurants before coming back to enjoy the beauty of the hut.
