Situated just off the A30 and 10 minutes from Exeter Airport. If you would like to travel to our local historic city of Exeter, There are train stations in our local villages of Whimple & Feniton both of which have parking. Approximately 20 minute drive from the picturesque beaches along the Jurassic coast.

A Beautiful Botanical Sanctuary Studio by the Sea

Welcome to our beautiful botanical, quirky & unique Studio, which is an emulation of Teignmouth itself. The Studio is in a quiet location, tucked away but in walking distance of beaches, lovely independent shops, art galleries, a huge range of restaurants & traditional pubs. It's a great base to explore South Devon. Our recently renovated Studio has a conservatory, kitchen, sitting/bedroom with king size bed, good sized shower room, private courtyard, hanging space/ storage & a washing machine.

The Shed sits on large lawn at Yarningale. Views are amazing. Ideal space for a holiday for one.Fridge, microwave, and kettle, with some basic cutlery/crockery . Canopy on summerhouse with a patio heater, should the weather be a little chilly ! Picnic bench on patio, guests are able to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Luxuriously renovated in 2021, they are cosy and warm, have superfast wifi throughout, smart TV’s in every room, including every bedroom, and are a stone’s throw from the friendly village pub, with real ales and great home-cooked pub food.

Wild camping site on flat pitch in the wild camping valley, big enough for a large family tent, or even two (17x10 m) with firepit and picnic table. There are two long drop toilets in the valley, one with a solar shower cubicle - bring your own bag or use our piped water. Nearer the farmhouse are charging points, the stables with table tennis, charging points and fridge/freezer and the garden with games and bathroom with electric power shower and a washing up area.
