Coach House, sympathetically renovated in collaboration with a respected interior designer, is situated centrally in the beautiful, vibrant and historic town of Totnes in South Devon. It is ideally located between Dartmoor National Park and some of the county’s most beautiful beaches, both are within just a few miles. Sitting on the picturesque River Dart, Totnes has a thriving community, full of boutique & independent shops, cafes, bakeries, restaurants and markets all within walking distance.

A detached bungalow with minimal modern furnishings. Small garden with patio, table and chairs. Large open plan living, dinning, kitchen area with a wood burner. One bedroom, with a king size bed. One bedroom with two single beds and a single bed sofa in the lounge. Clean modern bathroom with double ended bath and shower. The location is on a hill overlooking Totnes with expansive views towards Dartmoor. It is a 12-15 minute walk into town. The property has off road parking for two cars.

Monty's is self contained, delightfully cosy and comfortable and is set on the ground floor of our beautiful barn conversion (we live above). Your lovely private patio has views across the orchard, pond, pretty gardens and surrounding countryside. The perfect backdrop for al-fresco dining. Located in a small hamlet, yet within easy reach of many local attractions such as stunning beaches, coast paths and Dartmoor. The quaint towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are nearby.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Terraced house in Bridgetown, Totnes

Beautiful terraced house in the heart of quirky Totnes. There is a wood burner in the living room and an aga in the kitchen. Makes for a toasty stay in winter. The house has no outdoor space but literally a two minute walk away is the beautiful Vire Island park which is surrounded by the River Dart. Perfect for lounging around on sunny days when you want to enjoy the buzz and atmosphere of Totnes. My brother and his wife live in the Annexe at the back of the property, in the back yard.

Tilly's is a delightful warm and cosy cottage with all the trappings of luxury and good design. Long, private drive on a 50 acre farm. Super-fast WiFi. Full kitchen. Undercover parking. The bathroom boasts a walk in shower & roll top bath with 100 twinkling stars above your head. Hot tub hut with wood burning stove and a BBQ (in the summer). Large garden. There's lots to see and many reasons to just relax! Just over 2 miles to the nearest beach and 30 mins drive from beautiful Dartmoor.

We are less than 2 miles to Shilstone House, the very popular wedding venue, which is just over the hill. Elegant, spacious, and designed for relaxed, memorable stays, whether as a family, a couple or a group of friends, with/without a dog!

With its bright, modern interior & south facing garden, Start Bay Retreat offers the perfect base for exploring the beautiful South Hams. Set in the village of Stoke Fleming, within walking distance to the stunning blue flag beach at Blackpool Sands. Fantastic village pub & Italian within "staggering” distance. Dartmouth is 4 miles away with its fine selection of shops & restaurants. The breathtaking South Devon AONB coastline is on your doorstep with the coast path only minutes away.

Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

The property has a roof top Hot Tub that seats 7 with panoramic views towards Dartmoor National Park. The Garden area has a large patio with outside table 10 people. Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches

Our river and woodland are home to birds of prey, owls, herons and more. Quiet lane walks to country pubs with stunning riverside views. Soul restoring sandy beaches and secret coves. Near vibrant and heart of a hippie friendly Totnes, where independent shops, markets and cafes colour our historic waterside town.
