Välkommen till insta @Frykstaladan. Den ligger 50 m från den sagoomspunna sjön Frykens södra ände. Detta unika boende har en helt egen stil som har vuxit fram under de fem år som vi byggt om ladan. Högt i tak och gott om utrymme både inne och ute. Allt är nytt och fräscht. Perfekt ställe för vila och rekreation. Det ingår cyklar, kajaker och SUP:ar (2 av varje) och närheten till sport och friluftsliv är god. Värmland lockar med sin kultur, besök Lerinmuseet, Alma Löv, Berättarladan eller....

House on the riverbank (absolute seclusion)

You can call it whatever you like: digital detox or an offline holiday – this is the perfect place for it! Watch ice floes drifting down the river, enjoy the fine sandy beach in summer, or take a canoe trip along the water. Go forest bathing, search for woodland spirits and fairies... every season has its own special charm! The bright house, built in 2018, is modern and designed for year-round use. A private drinking water well as well as exclusive fishing rights are, of course, included.

Little red house - Sweden as you imagine it!

You like to glance out of the window, over a wild meadow leading to a lake? While having some buttered toast and your freshly brewed first coffee of the day? I guess you'll like it here. The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Slappna av i denna underbara stuga på er egna udde. Passa på att bada, fiska eller slappna av framför brasan. Med 7 meter till vattnet kan ni njuta av både soluppgång och solnedgång under dagen. Promenera i skogen och plocka bär och svamp eller bara njut av härliga stigar. Åk skidor alpint eller på längden under vintern och njut av det gnistrande landskapet. Låna kajaker, fiska, bada, skog, skidor och härlig natur. Är detta inte tillgängligt kolla mitt andra hus i samma stil.

Hus beläget centralt i Fredriksberg med endast 5 minuter till backarna i Säfsen resort. Nära till längdspår, skoterleder, mtb och annat kul. ca 150 m till lilla centrum med restaurang och pub, Coop och bageri, bensinstation. Fullt utrustat kök, tv i vardagsrum och wifi, chromecast på tv. Braskamin i vardagsrum. en toalett med handfat, ett duschrum med handfat. Vedförråd finns. Städning ingår ej, utan lämna som det var när du kom. Inga husdjur. Möjlighet till 8 sängplatser.

Loftstuga i Säfsen

Loftstuga centralt belägen på villatomt i Fredriksberg/Säfsen med egen parkering. Nära till slalombacke, (Säfsen resort) längdspår, skoterleder, skogar o sjöar, vandring, mtb, fiske mm. Ca 200 meter till matbutik, pizzeria/pub, bageri och bensinstation. Fullt utrustat kök, Wifi, tv med stort utbud, utegrillplats. Möjlighet att hyra sänglinnen och frotté 150 sek/person och vistelse. The cottage is situated in a undisturbed area with the most amazing view over the lake Fryken. About 300 metres from the beach and 2 km from restaurants, groceries store, railway station and gas station. In the cabin you'll find a cosy stove, shower and a small kitchen. I think you're really gonna enjoy just hanging out and relax on the farmyard.

Rikkenstorp - swedish countryside!

Come and stay at our small organic farm. You have your own nice house by the lake with access to a sauna. Take a walk in the forest or on the paths around the farm and say hi to the animals. This is an active small scale farm with a genuine feeling! Experience real countryside with nature, silence and a sky full of stars :-)
