Our cute, cottage-style, tiny house is located in popular Beach Grove, just steps from the beach and golf course! This charming tiny house has everything you need to feel comfortable and cozy during your stay. Close to all amenities that Tsawwassen has to offer, restaurants, charming shops, fantastic bike paths, Centennial Beach and more. Conveniently, we are a 10 minute drive to Tsawwassen ferry terminal, and 5 minutes to Point Robert’s border crossing. We can accommodate 2 guests maximum

Perfect Location! Near beach, Parking & quiet private suite and small garden. Walk down the hill to a quiet calm beach or walk 5/10 minutes to lively Kits beach and Yew St coffee shops, restaurants, take out and Street cafes. 10 minute walk to W. 4th Ave with Italian, French, Mexican, Middle Eastern restaurants, retail stores, groceries & pubs/bars. Downtown, UBC 15- 20 minutes by bus! The bus is 1 block away and (cleaning with antibacterial/disinfectants for your safety.) One largish room.

UBC closeWi-Fi included. Please note there is a basic coffee/tea service and a mini fridge, no kitchen.

Hummingbird Oceanside Suites: Cypress Mtn Suite

OCEANFRONT & MOUNTAIN VIEWS w/ HOT TUB & WOOD BARREL SAUNA Cypress Mountain Suite - the huge windows provide sweeping views of Cypress Mountain & the Howe Sound. The suite is attached to the house, but has its own exterior entrance, king bed, bathroom with rain shower, flat screen TV & kitchenette. Sleeps 2 people. There’s no better place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine to soak in the views! We’re often frequented by eagles, deer & if you're lucky whales!

Welcome to our cozy and serene 2 bedroom garden suite, conveniently located on a quiet residential area in the heart of Dunbar. It is a 5 minute walk to bus stops, 10-15 minute bus or drive to UBC and downtown, and within walking distance to parks, restaurants and cafes. Our suite is great for professionals, parents of UBC students. We are a friendly family with 2 elder children. We would be delighted to host you and your family in our beautiful home.

Steps to bike and running trail (a.k.a the seawall). One underground parking space is included. (Max Height 6’8’’ but nearby parking if your vehicle is higher than standard) We live in the adjacent room and upstairs, and available to help you with any questions or local tips.

Experience Kitsilano’s vibrant lifestyle, just steps from the beach, world famous outdoor pool, beautiful seawall, cafes, restaurants & bars. 5 minute uber to downtown core. The unit is on the 3rd floor and offers lot's of natural light, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area that seats 4 and a large quite sunny deck for morning coffees. Relax on the beautiful King bed and enjoy the use of Sonos speakers & Wifi at your leisure.

Kitsilano two bedroom suite

This basement two-bedroom space is in a Kitsilano heritage home. It has a kitchenette only with sink, microwave, fridge and is close to many great restaurants, cafes and beaches. This is a no party space with a suite above. TV comes with basic cable and Netflix. It is very close to public transit, bike lanes, downtown and UBC. Free parking on street. This is a non-smoking property.

Kits! Charming & Bright Main Floor Suite

This gem of a one-bedroom guest suite has been tastefully decorated with a turquoise and white palette, and boasts hardwood flooring throughout. The suite has its own private entry, free street parking, a lovely garden that you are welcome to enjoy, and lots of transit, shopping, and walking trails nearby. Please refrain from asking for discounts.
