This is a private 1 bedroom suite located in a quiet area in the middle of Vancouver. No car? No Problem! Bus transit is a few steps away. 5 min walk to 49th and Fraser with steps to groceries, and restaurants. Bus #49 to UBC or Metrotown and Canada Line (Downtown/YVR airport) The suite is located on the basement floor (plenty of windows) with a separate entrance. The bedroom has a queen size bed, desk and a full closet. Pictures do not do the justice!
