'FLORIDA' - TRANQUIL BEACH HOUSE RETREAT

Ventnor is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Bordering on acreage farmland, 'Florida' is your little piece of serenity. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs. Inside is an open living area that includes kitchen, dining and lounge with a rustic wood fireplace. We are pet friendly and all bed linen and towels are provided.

A private and homely guest suite attached to main house in quiet street, 4 doors from north facing beach and 2 min drive to Cowes central. Reverse cycle A/C and electric fire place in lounge room with award winning sofa bed, a separate bedroom with king bed (electric blankets organic linen/cotton sheets) fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with spa bath, shower, 6 ft fenced private courtyard, bbq, outdoor setting and secured for pets. 30 minute beach walk to Main Street. No shared areas.

Beach 100m - Seahaven Escape

Location 100m stroll to a safe swimming beach, grassy foreshore and Phillip Island’s only all day dog beach. Our older two storey cozy home is set on a large block featuring modern open plan living - galley kitchen, lounge, dining room, under covered balcony and main bedroom upstairs. Downstairs has a large open plan rumpus/bedroom - an ideal kids hangout. One bathroom/toilet/laundry, garage and secure backyard. Seahaven Escape is great for couples, families, pets and friendship groups

The Bayside Bungalow - Ideal for couples/singles

Self contained, situated at the back of our property in our private backyard. (One of two cabins in our back yard). Access through gates and carport. Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, Smart TV, ceiling fan, heater, kitchenette including microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery. Bathroom and separate toilet. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre etc. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

Pet Friendly Beach House- ELENORA

Welcome to our beloved family holiday shack located in Ventnor, Phillip Island! Our home is suited to those who are after relaxed living in a close location to beautiful north facing beaches and an off leash dog beach-only a 5 minute walk away. There is also a very large backyard securely fenced and encircled with a lovey native garden, suited to hold all pets safely. Conveniently located, 10 minute drives from the famous Penguin Parade, Grand Prix Track and the beautiful Cowes.

This beautifully appointed modern, bright and spacious 2 bedroom home is located on the beachfront at Ventnor, Phillip island, with uninterrupted water views. The residence is fully self contained, private with a separate entrance from the attached main house. It has its own courtyard at the back and abundant grass area at the front leading to the beautiful beach. Single level, very spacious, fully heated & air conditioned. No groups over 6/parties. Secluded Ventnor getaway.

Cosy and private one bedroom accommodation with additional living room perfect for that quite getaway. You will have access to the entire downstairs level of this property. The upstairs rooms are not accessible and no one will be there during your stay. There isn't a kitchen but basics like microwave, kettle, toaster and bar fridge are provided. There is also a large covered patio area with outdoor table and chairs and a gas BBQ for your use.

The Shore Shack - family friendly getaway

The Shore Shack is best suited for couples or small families to sit back, relax & enjoy. Situated on a flat block, the large grassed backyard was created for children to explore with an enclosed trampoline, cubby house and boat. For the family, a large undercover area, family sized Weber BBQ, outdoor seating & fire pit. Located a stones throw from the RSL, a short walk to the main shopping precinct and close to the Cowes main beach.

The Little Grey Farm Stay- Central Location

Welcome to our beautiful family farm. Our boutique studio is located next to our family home in the heart of Ventnor, surrounded by artisan eateries and farm gate sales. Our Farm is tucked away from the hustle and bustle whilst still only being 5 mins away from Cowes central, 4.5kms from the Grand Prix, 7 mins from the Penguin Parade and 2 minutes from the most stunning beaches on Phillip Island.
