This is an 800 sq ft, ocean front, 1 bedroom/1 bath villa just steps away from the beach for a great escape! It offers ocean views on the deck, off of the open living area and from the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz counter tops and high end stainless steel appliances. The huge spa-like bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with bench, rain shower head, large shower head and a hand shower. This villa can accommodate up to 4 guests with the queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy sunsets sitting by the lovely river. Fun use of kayaks. A great place for a relaxing stay.
