Feel at home in our recently renovated East London house, situated on a tree-lined residential street between Leytonstone and Forest Gate. We spent the last year renovating the whole house to a high standard, ensuring that the house is a bright, welcoming and sociable space which we love spending time in. The area has a real community feel and we have loads of great amenities on our doorstep - yoga/exercise studio, 3 great pubs, cool wine bar, lots of walks via Wanstead flats/park & much more!

The houseboat is a unique place to stay in London, within easy reach of all of London’s landmarks, including Tower Bridge and Tower of London (5 mins by train). The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The houseboat is custom-designed with every possible comfort, including super fast Wifi, smart TV with content streaming services, and supremely comfortable beds. Radiators throughout the boat make this a comfortable year round option.

On your doorstep you have a great wine bar, Korean takeaway, bakery and record shop! Further afield is Westfield shopping centre, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Epping Forrest.

This is a real home, available on occasion when I travel, is just 1km from Epping Forest for country-side living in London Zone 3. A perfect getaway spot for your stay in London!

The house sleeps 4, with 2 x king size bedrooms, both with en-suites. Less than a 5 minute walk to Francis Road, where you’ll find coffee shops, wine bar and a patisserie.
