Loft has a pullout sofa bed for extra sleeping quarters. A fully outfitted kitchen, washer/dryer and private free parking out front. A back screened porch with private wooded area. Master down (pineapple room) features a queen bed Upstairs bedroom (bird room) has a queen bed Upstairs bedroom (Shell Room) has King bed and TV Upstairs loft has a small pull out sofa -CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS 1. Located across the street from a community pool. Restaurants, cafes, and shops in town are a short drive away. You'll need to have a car. Uber or Lyft access as well. Master bedroom downstairs has queen bed with a walk in shower. Upstairs has two bedrooms and a loft. A king, queen and pull out sofa in loft.
