The apartment is a perfect place to relax in a large living room space and offers a television and internet access. Local amenities: Co-op groceries shop, local take away shops (Pizza, Chinese, Greek2Me), local friendly pubs, bus stop in front of the house, pharmacy, barber shop, flower shop, coffee shop. 10 minutes drive to Lincoln Historical City (Lincoln Cathedral, Lincoln Castle). 15 minutes drive to Lincoln Train Station. This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains a double bed. The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a standard shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking facilities near the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property.

The house is situated in a central location so is within walking distance of all of the attractions historic Lincoln has to offer, it is situated on the edge of wide open green space, where horses run free and you can walk the dog for miles.

The Milking Parlour, a brick barn at Moorland Farm

The Milking Parlour is a brick built barn in a quiet, rural location. The city of Lincoln is a 20 minute drive away. This barn used to be part of a milking shed. It has a vaulted roof and there are two areas: a bedroom-studio and a shower-wet room. The kitchen has a small fridge-freezer, a small induction hob and a combination microwave-grill. The wet room has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and mirror with light, de-mister and shave socket. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs.

It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from the historic city of Lincoln, with easy acess to the city within 15 minutes. There is also safe, private parking on site. Within our village, there are 3 lovely pubs serving food, a fish & chip shop, Chinese takeaway and the Co-op store is within 2 minutes.

Rose cottage is a beautifully refurbished Georgian cottage in the village of Washingborough. Located within 4 miles of the Historic Cathedral city of Lincoln, with amazing Cathedral/castle and Bailgate quarter with many quaint independent shops, restaurants, bars & cafes. The cottage caters for 4 guests with 1 double & 1 king size bedroom both with ensuites with quality bedding/towels. The kitchens is well equipped with range cooker etc The stylish cosy lounge has smart tv and free wifi.

Ample parking available. This is a totally independent property in the grounds of your host’s house, only 4 miles out of the historical City of Lincoln. The Castle and cathedral are just a fifteen minutes drive away, as are Lincolnshire show ground, Christmas market, University and Waddington airfield.
