The Swallow's Nest

Please do come here - If you're interested in growing your own food, keeping bees, hiking, food preservation, nature, chickens & geese, bats, birdsong & silence (hens/geese/wildlife permitting!). The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

Luxurious beachfront hideaway. A unique & cosy seaside Nissen hut with beach access. Ideal for quiet romantic breaks. The lofty open-plan space includes a wood-burning stove, a Balinese style bathroom with rain shower, a stylish double bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The space has super fast fibre broadband. Pets are most welcome! (Must be house trained)

Our self contained apartment is only 2km from the village centre and a 10 minute walk to Creadan beach. Ideal base for touring the South East including the Copper Coast and Hook Peninsula. Deck exclusively for guest use. The Studio has underfloor heating, hob and microwave, no oven.

It features a fully equipped kitchen, 1 king-size bedroom & a 2nd single bedroom, ideal for couples, friends, or small families. Parking is directly outside the door. Please note: no pets, parties, or smoking/vaping allowed.

18th Century Barn

The 18th century, converted barn, is perfectly located to explore Ireland’s sunny south east. Just 10 min by car from Waterford city centre you are right at the heart of the south east, the perfect base to explore the famous sites of county Waterford, county Kilkenny, county Tipperary and county Wexford. Visit the beautiful gardens of Mount Congreve or Woodstock gardens. The barn has an open plan layout, where you can relax beside the cosy stove and plan your next day’s adventure.

Croí na Darach Cabin (May-Oct)

Croi na Darach is a private, cozy, bright timber cabin. It is set in a large wild garden next to the river Slaney, about 5 km from Wexford town. It is a perfect spot to unwind, relax and connect with nature. If you ever wanted to finish that chapter, paint that picture or just take some time for yourself this is the perfect place for you. It is an ideal location for exploring the Sunny South East , enjoying a romantic getaway or even treating yourself to that artistic retreat !

"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

Our 2 bedroom newly refurbished Town House, with panoramic sea views, is set on a Victorian terrace overlooking Tramore Bay. Take the 3 minute stroll to the famous Tramore beach or just a stones throw from a selection of renowned restaurants, lively bars, trendy Boutiques and the artisan Seagull Bakery[bakery open Wed. to Sunday.] Please Note. Sorry, but our house is not suitable or equipped for young Children under 10, No pets. 15 minute to Waterford City

Big Mick's Cottage

Beautifully restored cottage located on a working farm in peaceful Kilkenny countryside between Mullinavat, Piltown and Mooncoin. We are within 30 minutes drive of Waterford, Kilkenny and Clonmel. Fantastic views and long quite walks are promised. A stones throw from the beautiful Curraghmore estate, Comeragh mountains with the spectacular Mahon Falls and Coumshingaun Lake and Slievenamon. The Deise Greenway and Copper Coast beaches are easily accessed nearby.

Faithlegg, Country Cottage

A cozy renovated 200 year old cottage. Situated down a country lane. Suitable for two adults and a dog. There is a fee for the dog. Easy access to beaches, walks and Waterford city provided you have a car. Public transport is not easily accessible to or from our cottage. Taxis are fine. The cottage is annexed to the main house. It includes a bedroom, shower room, kitchen and breakfast room. The breakfast room looks out onto your own small private garden.

The Loft @ Poppy Hill

The Loft @ Poppy Hill is a cosy self contained unit close to a family house with fantastic views of Mount Leinster. It is 2km from the village of Ballindaggin and a super location to soak up the countryside and explore the treasures of Wexford and beyond. Located in the foothills of Mount Leinster, it is well suited for hill walkers, star gazers and those who want to feel the country atmosphere. The village has 2 pubs, one serving the best curry in Wexford.

Tramore Chalet - Stunning Ocean Views

Cosy chalet just a 20 minutes walk to the ocean. Beautiful sea views, facing the Metal Man. The Chalet is on our property right next to our house and has a large driveway to park and an EV charger. Newtown & Guillamene swimming coves nearby. 5mins drive to Tramore town that has long been associated with Irish tourism and offers a traditional seaside experience. The beach front features a long promenade and an amusement park in the summer.
