You have full use of the patio with a barbecue, full high end kitchen with the best appliances including Viking stove, A Beautiful dining area and living room with gas fireplace and smart TV and a den on the main floor with another Smart TV . Upstairs is the bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Someone who’s offsite will be available as needed The house sits on a tree-lined street in a quiet, family neighbourhood one block away from public transportation and a short walk from a food market, Starbucks coffee, a local wine shop, and a delicious ice cream parlour. Parking if you have a car is right in front of the house on our quiet street. Unbelievable views of water, city and mountains! It is a waterfront retreat, in a gorgeous location, walking distance to Granville Island, Olympic Village and Broadway. Steps to bike and running trail (a.k.a the seawall). One underground parking space included (max height 6'8"; nearby lots fit taller vehicles). We live adjacent/upstairs and are happy to help with local tips. Note: the bathroom has a bathtub with a handheld shower wand - no walk-in shower.
