Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. Situated in rural Norfolk the location is ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers or those wishing to explore the Norfolk coast and the abundance of stately homes in the area including Sandringham.

The property is situated roughly halfway between the town of King's Lynn and the historic medieval city of Norwich. Helhoughton is ideal for country walks, cycling and that get away from it all experience. Lovely pubs in neighbouring villages and only four miles from Fakenham Racecourse.
