This stunning 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom property is the perfect place for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a fun weekend with friends. With gorgeous views of the lake and all the amenities you need to relax and have fun, you won't want to leave! The lakehouse is located in a quiet gated peaceful neighborhood, but there are plenty of activities nearby. Also located 30 minutes away from Famous First Monday in Canton!

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Have fun with the family at this stylish fully remodeled cottage. Plenty of outdoor areas to hang out by a fire pit or dine outdoors. Sorry, No pets allowed. WIFI, Board games, Washer/Dryer, Kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, pots & pans, plates, and silverware. At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.

We have backyard chickens, so fresh eggs are always available to you. Inside we have a full kitchen with a gas range, cozy living room and TV, a large office space, and a relaxing bedroom. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The owner is on standby if you have any questions.
