Come and relax, chill in my comfortable, cosy ground floor, one bed flat. Waking up each morning and having easy access to our stunning costline and scenery. Although there is no outdoor space at my home, there is the beautiful newly refurbished North Marine Park, which is literally over the road and five minutes walk to the stunning beach, with fabulous views of the pier's where you can sit and watch ships, liners and yachts sailing on the river Tyne with Tynemouth Priory in the distance.

Our beautiful, perfectly situated, large seafront 2 bedroom apartment, is set over two floors, here in Roker , Sunderland. One of the most sought after places to stay . It’s a perfect place for business or pleasure whilst visiting the Northeast of England. Close to pubs, restaurants and amenities, you couldn't ask for a better place to call your home away from home. We have recently had several small independent eateries open serving excellent food and drink. Which I can highly recommend.

Our self contained annex is a stones throw from the unspoilt dunes of Seaton Sluice beach, the rock pools of Collywell Bay and the picturesque Holywell Dene. With 4 friendly local bars serving quality food, along with a popular fish and chip shop and a co-op on the doorstep. The area is quiet, with a relaxed and friendly feel. There is a beautiful coastal walk, or bus link, into neighboring Whitley Bay where there are a host of bistros, bars & traditional seaside attractions to enjoy .

Located at Church Point Holiday Park in Northumberland, this static caravan is almost new. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and an ensuite WC off the main bedroom. Double glazed and centrally heated, it provides a cozy retreat to view the local wildlife with a clear view of the sea through the French doors leading onto the wrap around decking. Award-winning Harbour View fish & chips just around the corner. At the end of the street you will find the lovely Castaway’s café. There is free street parking available to the front.
