With a wood burner in the open plan lower floor and a mezzanine level overlooking the lounge. There is a well equipped kitchen. The old apple loft serves as the master bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, ensuite toilet and basin, as well as a roll top bath. The bedroom downstairs is a twin room with two single beds and large wet room.

There is a village pub 200 metres away and a golf course 500 metres away. We are a 20 minutes from the historic city of Lincoln, which is famous for its cathedral and castle. We are also a 20 min drive from Newark which has LNER train services between London and Edinburgh.
