My beautiful House is directly opposite a park, 10 minutes walk to the bay and close to Williamstown beach (20 minutes walk). It is also situated in Melbourne's historic beach side area of Williamstown. The house is in a quiet street, with ample parking directly opposite. There are shops and a supermarket about 8 minutes walk around the corner. The nearest train station is Newport (20 Mins walk) which is a 25 mins train ride to the city. The house is surrounded by parks and trees.

Keep it simple at this quiet, centrally located bungalow. It's cute and cosy as well as being close to parks, shops, cafes, public transport and the Melbourne CBD, a quick train ride from Seddon station.
