It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

Its private but not COMPLETELY private. The studio is detached and therefore has it's own entry and is also quite private. Directly opposite Werri Lagoon & 200 mtrs to the sands of Werri Beach. Included in tariff is tea coffee and breakfast snacks, courtyard, & BBQ.
