The Retreat, Private Annex.

Annex accommodation with independent entrance. Comfortable, cosy and airy light space. Newly refurbished in 2017. Suitable private accommodation for 1-2 persons only. Well equipped small kitchen with fridge gas cooker and washing machine. Iron and hairdryer available. The location is 10-15 mins by car from Plymouth city centre, location of Plymouth University, also 5-10 mins from Derriford Hospital and Marjons uni. Local shop nearby and bus route. Good base.

The Barn

Self-contained accommodation recently decorated in converted barn in quiet cul-de-sac. Light living space with fully equipped kitchen including induction hob, small oven and microwave. Bathroom with shower & heated towel rail. Living area with double sofa bed and dining table. Separate bedroom with comfortable king-sized bed + single bed that some guests prefer to use rather than the sofa bed. Please let us know your preference on booking.

The Owl's Nest

This beautifully appointed shepherd's hut is tucked away in the grounds of an ancient farm with it's own private garden, it's the perfect get away. The old farm, purchased a few years ago, has undertaken a rewilding project and the shepherd's hut offers total immersion in nature and stunning views across the wooded valley right on the edge of Dartmoor.
