The Meadow Snug

Trade the sounds of the city for the sounds of life on the farm. Our tiny cabin has all you need to get away for a few days in nature to recharge those batteries. Enjoy a comfortable seat on the covered porch as you relax and enjoy that morning cup of coffee or take a wander along some of the many public footpaths right from the cabin door. In the evening you can take a short walk through the field to our fire pit area to watch the sunset from beneath the huge oak tree. Guests can pitch a tent.

Plenty of local pubs serving fantastic food in local villages. The comfortable sofa bed will be made up ready for your arrival. We welcome well behaved dogs, (we have a black Labrador)

Foxgloves is a beautiful rustic cabin lovingly crafted out of local materials. Located in the Forest with unlimited walking or simply relaxing. A Luxurious romantic off grid retreat with total privacy. You will be the only guests. The cosy cabin fire will keep you warm on an autumn day. It might be chilly out, but relaxing in the outdoor bath looking up to the sky, with the views over the hills is a wonderful experience. Set in the vale of Clwyd in Denbighshire we are located relatively high up so you can enjoy the far reaching views all the way to Snowdonia. Less than 4 miles from Chester Zoo and Cheshire Oaks. if we are available we are happy to help look after your pets and give you lifts into Chester etc. Fully equipped cabin including bedding and towels. The cabin is situated in the grounds of our property so it is better suited to people who like to explore the local area and the Cheshire countryside.
