This is our wooden shack, hidden away in our little corner of Norfolk. Stay here and share some of the country idyll that we love. This is a peaceful, remote position, and we treasure the space, nature and peace we’re surrounded by - and hope you will too. The Shack has been built, fitted and furnished using up-cycled, re-cycled, reclaimed, new, old, vintage, shabby, retro, re-purposed or anything different or quirky. We’re constantly adding to it. No telly. Limited WiFi. Time out, guaranteed.

The Old Paper Mill

Peaceful, romantic barn conversion in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner - get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Old Paper Mill was once the drying room for a Victorian paper Mill. It sits on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

Self-contained accommodation overlooking the river Waveney with full kitchen, dining and lounge area (including reclining sofa, smart TV and wifi), upstairs is a double bedroom with en-suite. The stairs are very steep (see photo). Allocated parking. Bistro table and chairs outside your door, plus a bench right by the water. Wildlife in abundance - kingfishers and deer etc Peaceful A dark sky for seeing the stars A village pub (serves food) plus a nearby cafe for breakfast/coffee/lunch

The Lodge at The Old Manse

The Lodge is situated in the heart of the town of Attleborough opposite The Mulberry Hotel and restaurant. We are within easy walking distance of all the town's amenities and train station. The accommodation is self-contained with its own entrance and outside space with table and chairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen with hob, fan oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine. All utensils, pots and pans etc are provided. We have just redecorated throughout with many new furnishings.

One bedroom self-contained apartment located 10 minutes’ drive to Norwich city centre, 5 minutes from the University of East Anglia, 10 minutes to the Norwich Research park and Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. Off-road parking. Local shops and a pub are within 2 minutes’ walk. Places to eat within 15 minutes’ walk or 5 minutes’ drive. Earlham Park is just around the corner for dog walks, runs or just enjoyment of the park. The University also has a lovely lake and park areas.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Set in 6 acres of our family home overlooking the beautiful Norfolk countryside, We are dog friendly with a separate exercise field. There are lots of footpaths directly from the site and very popular roads for cyclists or just relax and unwind in our hot tub. With the city of Norwich only 15 miles with it castle or the market towns of Wymondham and Diss there’s lots to visit in the area. The village pub is just a 10 min walk

The Dovecote A11

The Dovecote is a beautifully appointed self - contained annexe in Snetterton Village with lovely garden views providing a perfect base for Snetterton Racetrack (2 Miles) and close to A11. Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . Also dogs are most welcome Breakfast supplied and Skyq.

The Barn at The Old Ale House, pet friendly.

The Barn at The Old Ale House is completely separate from the main house, newly converted to accommodate just two people, with a mezzanine bedroom, open plan kitchen sitting room, and a modern shower room. The Barn has underfloor heating throughout, and private parking to the front along with a small private garden. Lyng is situated in the Wensum Valley close to a host of amenities riding stables,golf, fishing, the coast is within easy reach as is Norwich Dereham and Fakenham.

The Barrel House

The Barrel house has been lovingly restored to provide a stylish, multifunctional space for Airbnb guests. The vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of space. All windows are double glazed and a velux roof window allows the daylight to flood in. Outside there is a private patio area with a bistro set for outdoor dining or enjoying sundowners. Nearby is the village shop, popular butchers and local pub. There are plenty of walks to enjoy nearby.

This ground floor flat has a newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom and small courtyard garden with outside lounge area. Plus local parks like Waterloo and the Wensum river.
