A fantastic apartment located on Micklegate, one of York's most vibrant and historically relevant streets. The apartment is centrally located within the City Walls and less than 10 minutes walk from York Railway Station, with excellent cafes and restaurants right on the doorstep. The apartment is in a Grade II listed building that dates back to the early 16th Century. This newly renovated apartment is beautifully furnished throughout, with a comfortable king-sized bed and lots of natural light.

With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. Only a few mins walk from both the city walls and University, local amenities include a 24-hour Marks & Spencer, supermarkets, cafes, award-winning pubs, and the popular Barbican venue. This house has bags of character and is absolutely perfect for couples, friends, and single travellers visiting York for fun or work. You will have access to the entire house, but I'll be just around the corner if you need me. If travelling with your pet, please advise so we can discuss your needs.

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.
