The property is an ideal base for families, couples & friends visiting for business or pleasure.

We are also pet friendly (incurs additional charge). Parking is available and we're a 10 min walk from the station. It's located just off ‘Bishy Road’ (voted Britain’s best high street) with independent shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes & delis. You can also rent the 2 houses next door (109 and 107 Nunnery Lane allowing bookings of up to 18).

St Martins Lane is a beautiful and interesting street right in the city centre it is also quiet at night.

This house has bags of character and is absolutely perfect for couples, friends, and single travellers visiting York for fun or work. Following directions from the York Train Station will sound more like a guided tour of York, but the fact that the house is tucked away down a little historic lane ensures that you will have a quiet undisturbed nights sleep.
