Misty Hills Guesthouse Barrine

Misty Hills guesthouse is a tranquil, relaxing retreat, surrounded by nature with stunning views of Lake Tinaroo. It is the perfect spot to enjoy the beauty of the Atherton Tablelands. The guesthouse overlooks Lake Tinaroo and rolling hills. The sun rising over misty hills is a breathtaking view from the deck. A perfect, peaceful base to explore the wonders of the Tablelands, water sports, hiking, rainforests, waterfalls, lakes, bike tracks, local markets, restaurants, cafes and breweries.

Lakeside Loft

The Lakeside Loft is the ultimate relaxing getaway. It is a luxury pole home, nestled in the tree tops. It boasts three levels all with breath taking panoramic views of the Lake. The back yard has direct access to the lake for water sports for most of the year. We have a canoe and kayak for guest use. The closest boat ramp is located at Tinaburra which is only a couple of mins away. Yungaburra village is also a couple of mins drive and it is 15 min to Atherton and just over 1hr to Cairns.

Idriess Cottage

A self contained, one bedroom cottage with all amenities on the edge of Herberton on the Atherton Tablelands. The cottage has a verandah with bush views and BBQ. Part of a secure 1 hectare (2 acres) estate, the cottage is 200m from the main historic homestead. There is plenty to do here, including museums, bush walking and pack donkey treks, day trips to some real outback towns and other attractions, all only 1.5 hours' drive from Cairns International Airport. Breakfast supplies included.

You won't want to leave! Enjoy the quiet, tranquil setting on your veranda and in the evening watch the wallaby's grazing around the park like setting. We are on 30 acres of beautiful country with majestic gum trees. You are welcome to stroll around, pat the horses and check out the chook pen. While we are Pet Friendly we would appreciate outside pets only. Please feel free to contact me to discuss further. Your bnb is fully fenced with your own yard for the safety of your pet.

Kulara Views Lake House

This home offers seclusion and privacy and is separated into two wings joined by the spacious deck which captures the waterside breezes and is the full length of the house. The layout of the house makes it ideal for a romantic get away or a group holiday. One wing consists of the main living area, kitchen and master bedroom with walk through robe and bathroom. The second has two spacious bedrooms, en-suite bathroom and separate toilet and a smaller bedroom with 1 queen bed.

Cosy eco barn stay on 3.7 acres

A Little Slice of Heaven Is a place of healing, home cooked style or fine dining, with complimentary 1st morning English breakfast ingredients provided. Experience hot springs, waterfalls and national parks within 5-30 min drive. With lower humidity, and at 2800ft above sea level we are approx. 6 degrees cooler than the coast. Tinaroo Wilderness Retreat

Tinaroo Wilderness Retreat is situated on over 2 acres of beautiful bushland next to Lake Tinaroo. The cottage is totally private and backs into a reserve. Only a short stroll to the lake and is surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. 3 minute drive to Black Gully boat ramp, 12 minutes to Atherton mountain bike park, and Mount Baldy walking trail. It has it all — fishing, hiking, mountain biking, water sports.
