Il mio alloggio è una tipica casa indipendente di campagna in Toscana, tutta in pietra e legno sapientemente restaurata nel rispetto della tradizione. Si trova nella prima collina di Camaiore a 9 Km dal mare della Versilia e a 25 m di macchina dalla bellissima città di Lucca. Un territorio naturalmente predisposto al "bien vivre" grazie ad un'armonica combinazione fra natura, cultura e buon cibo.Vicina alle città d'arte più iconiche: Pisa, Firenze, Siena, Le 5 Terre, le Alpi Apuane, Pietrasanta

Casolare indipendente immerso nel verde con parco.

Il casolare concede il privilegio di tornare in contatto con una vita antica. Infatti si tratta di una Vecchia Casa di campagna, non è un agriturismo. No wi-fi. No riscaldamento, solo camini e stufa a pellet. No aria condizionata, solo pale e ventilatori. Animali ammessi. Possibilità di incontrare animali selvatici, soprattutto la notte, tipo daini, tassi, cinghiali, volpi, ghiri e scoiattoli. Tassa di soggiorno NON inclusa, i Comuni del Mugello NON hanno stipulato alcun accordo con Airbnb.

The cottage is located under the main road and is surrounded by nature and is accessible with a few steps walking down the road . The cottage has a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom but has a beautiful and huge garden where you can eat, all accompanied by a swimming pool with panoramic views.

La Casetta is one of the two units to rent in Porcaticcio. Immersed in the woods, ideal for relaxation, outdoor sports, cultural and culinary tourism. A common swimming pool (8x4 m) was built in 2019 in the most panoramic and reserved point. Shower, deck chairs and towels available for guests. Porcaticcio is the residence of the sculptor Cornelis Rijken and his wife Gabriela, a yoga teacher.
