Το σπίτι αυτό αποτελείται από τέσσερα μεμονωμένα δωμάτια που βρίσκονται στον άνω όροφο ενός διόροφου κτιρίου. Κάθε δωμάτιο είναι αυτόνομο, έχει ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και μπαλκόνι καθώς και κοινόχρηστους χώρους. Αποτελεί ιδανική λύση για διαμονή μεγάλης οικογένειας ή γκρουπ φίλων μέχρι 9 άτομα που μπορούν να διαμοιραστούν σε τέσσερα δωμάτια.
