Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. We are less than a minutes walk to the Downs Link which is popular with walkers and cyclists and a short distance to the Surrey Hills and the Cranleigh High Street. There is a One Stop convenience store and a kids playground within a short walking distance. Our little house has been newly renovated with an open plan kitchen/living area, a shared outdoor garden and free onsite parking for up to 3 cars.

Gorgeous 3 Bay Barn

The Old Barn is a beautiful new 3 Bay Barn, that is set in 4 acres of land, looking out over the beautiful Surrey/West Sussex countryside. It is set away from the main house, accessed through large wooden gates and sits in an enviable position. The Old Barn can sleep 4 as we have a sofa bed, but it comfortably sleeps 2, we have decorated it to a high standard and catered for all needs. There is a wooden terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy the views.

The Zeppelin with outdoor bath (April-November)

The Woodland Zeppelin (Outdoor Bath Available April to November) Our Zeppelin landed in 2017 and has been a popular romantic and lifestyle retreat, from busy lives, since then. The woodland Zeppelin is designed differently inside to the original Airship 001, to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal. It was designed by the architect Roderick James.

Walthurst Studio is located in the tranquil gardens of our family home on a Private Estate, with far reaching views to the Downs. A walkers/cyclist dream location. We have lovingly refurbished the studio to create a luxurious space which we welcome you to enjoy. We are close to the lovely town of Petworth and a few miles from Billingshurst station, on the edge of the South Downs National park. Goodwood & Cowdray only a short drive away."

The Summer House

Enjoy a rural retreat in our recently renovated annexe. Situated in a small West Sussex village, 30 minutes from Gatwick and 55 minutes from Heathrow. The Summer House is separate and self-contained, with self-catering facilities and local amenities nearby. The property can sleep up to five guests and has a private patio overlooking extensive gardens. The area is in an ideal staycation location for walking and cycling.

The Barn is situated half a mile up a track in the Surrey Hills, next to the Serpent Trail and a couple of 100 metres from the South Downs National Park. It feels like it is in the middle of nowhere, yet guests can walk to the centre of Haslemere in 30 minutes. Little Michaelmas is a cosy bolthole barn loft space situated on the Surrey/West Sussex border. It sits opposite the main house with its own entrance, parking and garden area. It is in the heart of prime cycling, mountain biking and walking country - straight from the front door and a three minute walk to a great pub serving excellent food. Please do come and relax here and enjoy the wonderful countryside.
