The apartment is located right at the center of Paroikia, inside of the old market street, giving you access to almost anywhere. The port is just 4 to 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, so are the parking lots, the bus station, numerous stores, coffee shops, bars, bakeries and supermarkets for your groceries shopping. Last but not least, you can even visit three different beaches just by walking a few minutes.

It was built by the Venetians in the 15th century as a part of a complex of 24 houses joined into a square defensive form that surrounded and protected the main tower that used to be there. This complex of houses is called 'Kastro' meaning castle. The house retains all charm from the past and offers the ideal holiday house. Light self catering Studio on the first floor with part sea view and a sunny balcony. Is located in a quite area, less than 1 km from the main port of Parikia and just 500 meters from the main seafront of the town, where you can find many restaurants & café. Few meters away from the studio, you can reach the beach. Bus Station is few meters away. It can accommodate up to 2 persons.
