A fantastic holiday flat, sleeps three, with a big window overlooking the sea. On a calm day, you may catch the view of dolphins swimming past the window Perfect location for a special trip to enjoy a few days by the sea or from which to explore Fife or Edinburgh. The flat is between two beaches. Pettycur beach is three minutes to walk to and Kinghorn beach is seven minutes to walk. The train station is less than ten minutes to reach and you will be in central Edinburgh in less than 40 minutes

Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Log Cabin in Auchtertool.

The Log Cabin is situated in 3 acres of garden, shared only with our own house. Guests are welcome to make use of the garden. The Cabin sleeps five people and we have a travel cot if required. There is one large bedroom with two kingsize and one single beds. The Cabin does not have TV or wifi, however it does have an excellent 4G signal. We welcome well behaved pets, up to a maximum of two small dogs or one large dog, even a cat. We ask guests who bring pets to vacuum before they leave.

Dating back to the 1700s, this tiny house had sat empty for over 50 years until George (Heather's son) invested his life savings to completely renovate it to a high standard, while retaining the original character of the building. Sitting below Bishop Hill in the picturesque village of Kinnesswood (2023 joint winner of Britain in Bloom's 'Village' category!), the tiny house is surrounded by breathtaking views, fantastic walks, and an abundance of local farm shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Eskfield is food for the soul, a fabulous, ancient property immersed in nature to provide a wellness experience like no other. Stay here in one of the most important features of the Penicuik Designed Landscape, a Palladian house built in 1714, harboured within a one and a half hectare walled garden. With a burn running through a beautiful wildflower meadow, this is a nature sanctuary that you will not want to leave. Nestled in the outhouses is a sauna leading to a handmade cedar hot tub.
