The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb.

Welcome to our cosy glamorous shepherd’s hut, set in a truly magical location where the woods meet the reeds. Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . Also dogs are most welcome Breakfast supplied and Skyq.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Set in 4.5 Acres of Pakenham wildflower Meadow owned by Artists Steve and Jackie Manning. The Cabin Boasts extensive views of not only many Topiaries and sculptures but it also over looks Mickle Mere Nature Reserve and Pakenham Watermill. It is very secluded and is a solitary Cabin on the wildflower meadow. With access to the stream. Barbeque for outside evenings under the stars. We also have several roaming Goats and Chickens etc.
