You have come to the right place to find an unforgettable apartment! Our Fresh, Relaxing Studio has a light, fresh and youthful style along with being very comfortable and functional. Decorated with modern and minimalist furniture pieces, this flat is accentuated with flavors of living spaces that are commonly found in Scandinavian countries. And be assured that you will not find a more centrally located flat! Don't miss out on staying at one of only six unique 'El Alma de Las Ramblas' flats, all of which are located in a recently renovated historical 19th century building. We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most famous street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. The entire studio is for the guests to use. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. The apartment is at the epicenter of Barcelona, just off the beginning of iconic Las Ramblas, which is known for its myriad of activities. Join the crowds who have come to stroll, shop, and dine along the city's most dynamic street. Brew some coffee and settle down on a comfy, mid-century chair and let in the light at this modern, neutral apartment in the center of the city. Get a true taste of tapas down on the street below, then relax with a glass of wine on the balcony. This apartment is as central as central can be! You will be able to walk* to many worthwhile sites: 1. La Boquería Market: 4 minute walk 2. Picasso Museum: 13 minute walk 3. La Pedrera: 22 minute walk 4. La Sagrada Familia: 42 minute walk 5. La Barceloneta (former fishermen´s neighborhood by BCN´s port): 25 minute walk 6. The beach: 30 minute walk. For a seaside view or stroll (15 mins walk) 7. Etc, (You get our point;-)) (*Walking time estimates based on (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps) Or if you wished to take a taxi or public transportation (to take you within Barcelona as well as to its surrounding cities such as Girona, Sitges, etc.) both options are also easily available within less than 3 minute walk from the flat. It is also important to note that before we send you the details for checking in, it is obligatory from the local mandate that we receive a foto of your official ID, ie. Loft studio in an artistic and graphic design workshop in an environment that breathes art and tranquility. Located in the center of Sant Cugat del Vallès and a few minutes from downtown Barcelona. Sant Cugat has not lost the charm of the town, from where you can escape to Barcelona, rest on the beaches from the coast or discover a Catalan icon: the mountain of Montserrat. You can forget your car from here since, in rush hour every 3 minutes a train passes that leaves us in downtown Barcelona.

Muy bien conectado con Barcelona, tanto en coche, como en tren. El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable y relajada. Ideal para dos personas. Está pensado para 2 personas y cuenta con 1 cama doble. En caso que sea necesario, también hay un sofá para una tercera persona.

Grand & Cozy Loft with Indoor Patio in Sitges

Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

A 6 km d'Igualada. L'apartament té un llit de matrimoni, un sofà llit, cuina i bany amb dutxa.

Stunning Design Loft in Safe & Peaceful Area

My guests love the peaceful and safe location of my place, along with its spotless cleanliness and beautiful interior design. The apartment has a comfortable queen bed, and the office space above it includes a single bed. With the metro, you can reach the Old Town Center and the beach in just 10 minutes, and the Sagrada Familia is a 20-minute walk away. Guests also enjoy the nearby local market and local restaurants.

Sunny spacious loft pet and LGTBI+ friendly located on the thirth floor, with private entry. It is really charm with a big terrace and spacious living room and air conditionned. The sleeping room is very luminous, with direct sunlight to the bed. The bed is big sized (160×200). Free 500mb internet. Our guests pets are also welcomed.

COVID19 Measures: Reservations are spaced in time, so that no previous guest has occupied the place during the previous 72 hours. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for about 5 hours, about 72 hours prior to any stay. All clothes have been washed at 60% degrees, all surfaces and floors disinfected. Be save !!

Private Bed-Lamp loft is part of shared "Casa Solaris", a unique, mostly solar-powered, green and arty house in Barcelona, featuring stylish lofts using eco-friendly materials, as well as a patio and terraces. Sagrada Familia is next to. Tourist tax due separately : 6,88€/night/guest, maximum 7 nights.
