L’appartamento delle Rose è collocato all’interno della guest house Mulino dell’Argenna. La struttura è stata completamente restaurata nel 2015. Si tratta di un antico Mulino in pietra risalente al 1400, costruito lungo il corso del Borro dell’Argenna.
