Welcome to The Snug, our beautiful escape in Bombay Sapphire territory, on the banks of the River Test. Extended to include front door access from London St. Your suite incorporates an open plan lounge and kitchenette, wifi tv, breakfast bar, fridge, combination oven / microwave, washing machine etc through to a separate shower room and large comfy bedroom c/w luxurious cast iron bath. The village station is within an hour of London Waterloo. Local attractions include Bombay Sapphire Distillery Visitor Centre (20% discount available for our guests), Highclere Castle, the location for Downton Abbey, a number of local gastro pubs and many country walks. Modern building set at the bottom of a private garden, this lovely space is laid out like a studio flat - equipped with double bed, tv, shower room and toilet, internet and its own private entrance and private garden area with patio. Located in a residential area within 5 mins walking distance of Alton town. Easy access to the Watercress line, train station, flood meadows and a short walk to Chawton Village and Jane Austin's house.

Peaceful rural cottage situated just off the A339 with stunning views. 10 minutes by car from Basingstoke train station. The cottage is next to our house and is a cosy, well equipped place to stay for either a commuter mid week or someone wanting to escape for country walks or bicycle rides. It has a small paved terrace for admiring the view. It is within a mile of Pitt Hall Barn, also close to Oakley Hall, Highclere Castle and Newbury Racecourse to name but a few. Dogs welcome by agreement.

Separate ground floor garden room with private front door and off road parking. Good Wi-fi, laptop friendly. Single bed only (linen provided) wardrobe, tv/dvd, wifi, phone chargers, ethernet cable. Kitchen/dining area: Sink unit, fridge, double INDUCTION hob**, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, pans, cutlery, tea towels, olive oil, salt & pepper. **NB alternative hob available if you have a pacemaker fitted. Shower room: Shower, sink, wc, heated towel rail (towels provided).

The Studio at The Forge

Tucked away at the bottom of a mature garden lies The Studio at The Forge. The Studio has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Inside there is a kitchenette with everything you will need to prepare a meal during your stay. The guest house includes a comfortable king-sized bed to ensure a good nights sleep with a private bathroom. There is a dedicated working space within the main room with a TV and a large sofa which has a pull out bed to accommodate extra guests on request.

Welcome to your lovely detached one bedroom home in a quiet leafy private road on the edge of St Giles Hill - just above medieval Winchester and on the edge of beautiful the South Downs Way. Your self-contained home includes parking on the drive, a stylish double bedroom, shower room, living area (with full double-width sofa bed) incorpoating a full kitchen/washing machine. Its an easy 10 minute downhill stroll across the park (lovely for a sunset picnic) to historic Winchester.

Forget the rush.... enjoy a stay in Brambling hut where you'll likely be woken up to birdsong, then pull on your boots and spend the day walking the country footpaths and lanes of north Hampshire or take a rest; make a pot of Moon Roast freshly ground coffee, snuggle amongst the organic linens, and choose from a little selection of slow-read books. At night, toast marshmallows over your private firepit or enjoy an alfresco soak in the wood-fired hot tub under the stars.

Nearby attractions include Highclere Castle, Greenham Common, Stone Henge, Newbury and Winchester. Oxford (35 miles), Bath (70 miles) and London 45 minutes on the train from Newbury or Basingstoke.

Fully functional self contained annex for single occupancy (located in close proximity to family house) but in a quiet location with lovely views across fields and no disturbance from main residence. Secure off road parking with latest kitchen facilities for those that want to cook or a nice local pub/restaurant in walking distance for those that don't. (Unable to offer long term lets or double occupancy)
