The Sheepcote, our brand new spacious shepherds hut, is based in the Kent High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It sits in its own south facing half acre garden with fruit trees, silver birch and a young oak tree. Outside there’s plenty of parking and an area with a bench, table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the countryside, watch the buzzards fly overhead and in the evenings listen out for the soft hooting of our resident owls! Its the perfect place for a romantic break.

Chapel Field lodge is the perfect countryside getaway, in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The lodge is located a short drive from Royal Tunbridge Wells, Hastings sea front and many National Trust locations. If you are looking for a quiet break the beautiful East Sussex country side is on your door step. With a number of walks and country pubs only a short distance away. Chapel Field Lodge has everything you need to switch off including a private hot tub for the perfect escape.

This unique place has a style all of its own. A self-contained cosy loft, small but perfectly formed. Conveniently located on the A21 for a Coastal or Country getaways. Bewl Water, Bedgebury Pinetum, Battle Abbey, and Bodiam Castle all only 10 mins by car. We have an abundance of National Trust properties within easy reach, with the pretty towns of Rye and Hastings only 30 mins away. We are dog friendly and have wonderful walks close by. Great for couples or single occupancy, room for a cot too.

Cowbeach Cottage is Grade II listed and has been lovingly restored to a high standard. It features a wealth of old oak beams and an inglenook fireplace with a cosy wood burning stove. It is tastefully decorated throughout to provide a relaxing space. The bespoke oak staircase leads to a beautiful vaulted bedroom with views across the Kent countryside. The cottage benefits from a private south facing garden and patio. It is ideally situated to explore the many National Trust properties close by.

Dog friendly. Close to many famous houses and gardens ,Sissinghurst Castle, Great Dixter, Chartwell, Batemans and Scotney Castle. The Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive away. Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, great butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

Stay in our 2 berth shepherds hut situated on the established and highly recommended Cedar Gables Campsite, with over 45 years in the hospitality sector. Perfectly located to explore the Kent/East Sussex border with a footpath taking you directly to Bewl Water. Facilities include indoor kitchenette, full outdoor kitchen, fire pit/BBQ, internet, private shower and flushing toilet. All located on a massive 170 square metre private and fenced pitch.

The Lodge

**Opted in to Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol** Cosy barn-style accommodation nestled in the heart of the Kent countryside. Located close to National Trust sites and country walks. The Lodge is the perfect country getaway and romantic retreat. Please note this is strictly a NO SMOKING property inside the Lodge, the garden and surrounding field. The property is also NOT SUITABLE for infants, children or pets. Two adults only.

Set in a picturesque village with miles of country walks, this detached Summer House is located just a few minutes walk from the village centre where you will find a local pub, tea rooms and village store. From its position you will enjoy beautiful views of rolling countryside and access to various walks on your doorstep. There are several National Trust places close by like Sissinghurst and Scotney Castle.
