Our stable is a self-contained annexe in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, halfway between London and Oxford and only a short drive from the M40. Refurbished in 2024, it has everything you'd need for a weekend away or a longer break, with three bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a separate utility room and garden. It's a stylish, modern space for you to enjoy with friends, family or just by yourself.

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Rustlings Rest includes it's own private entrance and courtyard with parking for one car. It offers peace and tranquility to anyone wanting some time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and is the perfect location for walking and exploring the surrounding areas.
