A luxury Shepherd's Hut with the unique bonus of a separate spacious heated snug for exclusive use. Both in a private, south facing walled garden on our working farm. An amazing base for walking, cycling or driving to the beach & Quantock hills. The handcrafted hut has everything you need with handmade kitchen, bathroom, fabulously comfy double bed and a sofa. On the stone flagged terrace is a wood-fired jacuzzi hot tub and al fresco seating for dining with a firepit and grill. Wood supplied.

Tucked away in the woods at the end of an unmade track, the Roundhouse is a cosy, picture-perfect 18th-century smallholder’s cottage. Nestled by a stream with its own waterfall, large garden, and luxury hot tub (optional extra), it’s the perfect place to unwind and relax in peaceful surroundings. Deceptively spacious, it comfortably sleeps 4 and is ideal for couples, walkers, cyclists, and nature lovers. Endless glorious walks start from the front door, with a hot tub to soak in when you return.

Within the pretty village of Stogumber nestled between the Quantocks and Exmoor (AONB) with lime plastered walls, a cute wood burner, + underfloor heating in the winter. Kingsize hand made bed, linen covers, wool duvet. Simple kitchen, with fridge freezer, oven and induction hob, little shower room. Outside a tiny private courtyard, with steps to a garden. Located between the Quantock Hills (AONB), Exmoor and the dramatic West Somerset coastline, this quirky property offers a unique base from which to relax or explore. The property offers comfortable, open-plan living upstairs benefitting from a sun-trap, south-facing balcony garden, complete with 6-person hot tub. Well-behaved dogs allowed, please book them in.

Our spacious upstairs apartment boasts spectacular views over the Quantock hills - where you can often glimpse the local red deer - as well as views over the Exmoor and Brendon hills. The apartment is well equipped with a large kitchen, sitting room and two bedrooms. Bicknoller is a peaceful village that features a friendly pub serving delicious meals. It has a small village shop.

After a day exploring local hills, beaches or medieval Dunster come home for a hot shower or settle round the BBQ with a chilled glass of wine. Comfy beds await you.

Gorgeous Quantock Cottage

This bright stonebuilt cottage is located up a verdant combe in the magnificent Quantock Hills. Outside the front-door is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Ancient beech, ash and oak woodland rise to the Iron Age fort on Danesborough hill. Whortleberries abound in Summer on the bracken and heather covered slopes.
