Situated just 250 metres from Lanark town centre, the cottage is also just minutes away from the World Heritage Site of New Lanark Village, and a 5 -10 minute walk to both the train and bus stations connecting the town to both Glasgow and Edinburgh. The cottage also lies close to both the natural haven of the Clyde Walkway and the majestic and iconic Corra Linn waterfall. Lanark boasts stunning architecture, unique shops and a selection of quality restaurants. With secure, off road parking, it is the perfect base for visiting the local area and for visiting Glasgow and Edinburgh which are both less than an hour by car or train . With its own driveway the cottage is situated just off the main road .

The garden has woodlands, waterfalls, wildlife and exceptional planting for you to roam in. The bothy has no mains water or electricity so is a real alternative experience, with separate flush toilet and washing facilities. Otherwise all home comforts are provided with double bed, kitchenette and wood-burning stove to create a cosy atmosphere
