Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. It is beautifully situated in a hidden coombe on the leeward side of the Cotswolds highest hill, yet only minutes from Winchcombe, a classic Cotswold "wool town" with excellent shops and restaurants.

Newly refurbished detached bungalow in Swindon Village, Cheltenham. We are on the edge of Cheltenham, with rural fields on the doorstep but just a 10 minute drive into the town centre. A great base to explore the Cotswolds, and less than 1.5 miles from the racecourse. Inside is a spacious, comfortable living space with brand new kitchen and bathroom. There are two good bedrooms, and the third bedroom is a study with a single sofa bed.
