Cosy Annex with en-suite shower and private patio

A modern annex with en-suite bathroom. Would suit a business traveller, a couple or a young family for an affordable weekend/holiday getaway. The space comfortably sleeps 3, the pull out trundle bed can provide an additional full size single bed to fit a 4th person. However, this does compromise floor space and we feel this option would only suit a family with young children. The annex does not have a kitchen but tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, mini fridge,microwave and outside BBQ

With a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom you can enjoy your own private space away from the hustle and bustle of life. Barneta is the annex of a converted barn and is set in an idyllic spot on a sheep farm in the heart of the Kentish countryside but only 10 minutes drive from Hildenborough train station with trains to London and the South Coast. All the amenities of Royal Tunbridge Wells are 20 minutes drive away. It is an excellent base for walking and there are many places of interest to discover such as Penshurst Place, Chiddingstone and Hever Castles with fantastic local pubs along the routes.

Guests have their own garden to enjoy in the summer or a wood burner inside to cosy up to in winter. Situated in the countryside, a short drive to Tunbridge Wells. There are a huge range of activities and sights nearby including the lovely Penshurst Place. There are also so many fantastic places to eat and drink giving guests a lot of options to keep busy.

Little Bank is a recently converted detached garage, with underfloor heating, private entrance, behind gates and with an en-suite shower room. Situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Speldhurst with its 13th century inn (The George and Dragon), this room is perfect for those in search of lovely dog walks and beautiful local countryside. Only a 10 minute drive into Royal Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge, there is also a superb shop in the village.

You can walk for miles from here. The flat is on a street with short term parking with free parking options 200m away. Or 24 hour car parks close by. With easy access to all the lovely restaurants, bars and shops in this picturesque town. The train station is just down the hill.

The Hive in Langton Green is an open plan contemporary structure set in peaceful countryside but easily accessible from London and all the London Airports. Beautiful South coast is one hour away. Historic castles, vineyards of Sussex, Royal Tunbridge Wells Spa town is a short drive or even a walk away. The house is in a rural setting with great walks and some excellent pubs along the way.
