Our charming studio is only 3 meters from the lapping waters edge of Lake Macquarie. Just relax and watch the yachts sail by, magnificent views. It's quite romantic to sit in the moonlight and feel the lake breeze in the evening. Guests retreat with lake views in a ground level of a modern home, private pool and spa at the entry to the apartment with full privacy. Ground level has only guests unit with separate front street access. Five minutes' drive to restaurants, cafes, Warners Bay foreshores, and Speers Point park. Short walk to the Lake Macquarie. Pool - 8am to 8pm Spa 4- 8:30pm May-Aug 5:30-9:30pm Sep-Feb (preferable spa times are programed via Airbnb messages)

Warner’s Bay Private Studio

Fully self contained studio with private entrance. Suitable for couples, solo or business travellers. The studio is 15 minutes walk to the lake and pedestrian cycleway. Coles shopping centre, boutiques, banks, post office, newsagent, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, hotel and bowling club are nearby. By car it’s a 20 minute drive to Newcastle, Merewether and Nobbys beach. The closest major shopping centres are Mt Hutton, Charlestown and Kotara.
