Set in the pretty Somerset village of Compton Martin, the cottage has far-reaching views across Chew Valley and Blagdon lakes, with the village pub just a stone's throw away. Wells, Bath, Bristol and Weston-super-Mare are all nearby, making Woodview a lovely base for exploring the area or simply getting away from it all.

Wendale Barn is a beautifully renovated, compact, detached building, the perfect place to relax on the edge of Cheddar. With private patio, decking and stunning views of the reservoir and Glastonbury Tor. Private, romantic, the ideal getaway, with double bed upstairs and sofa-bed in the living room; although it is open plan, so the shared space isn’t private. Access is via a run of steps up the hillside, some garden terraces are up to 1.1m high, without guardrails and there is a shallow pond.
