Included in your stay is your very own private garden, complete with hot tub & summerhouse to relax in. The property also has private parking plus a secret woodland hideaway. Within walking distance is both Sharsted Wood and Doddington Place Gardens which are great for exploring, plus our local pubs - The Black Lion and The Chequers Inn which are perfect for a spot of lunch or a dinner reservation.

The Annex is a completely private part of our house for guests exclusive use, located in the historical Kentish village of Leeds, within walking distance to stunning Leeds Castle. Located 5 minutes from J8 M20. Ideal for Leeds Castle. The Kent show ground. 35 mins drive to Eurotunnel & 50 mins to Dover ferry port. 1 hour to London via train. The Annex has it's own private entrance, rear private patio area, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchenette, downstairs shower room/ large upstairs bedroom.

Cosy spacious barn ideal for exploring Kent

Nunfield Barn is a beautifully converted barn and one portion of the house is internally separated for our Airbnb guests, with its own entrance, downstairs toilet, kitchen/dining area and living room with doors leading to a private patio. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. There is an above ground pool for use in summer, a front garden shared with us when we are here. There are fields &orchards across the road and we are 15 minute drive to Leeds Castle

The accommodation comprises a bedroom /lounge /working room, kitchen and bathroom. The annex, especially the bedroom, is very quiet and peaceful. Located conveniently for the motorway and also easy access to the town centre, train station, shops, takeaways, restaurants and pubs.

Cherry Blossom

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in our cherry Blossom hut. Fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Watch the stars from the comfortable, cozy king bed. The hut is situated in a quiet and secluded orchard location making it ideal to get away from busy lifestyles and relax. The view from the hut will be different depending on each season of the year when you stay. Beautiful country side walks, farm shop and a pub near by plus more (see my online guidebook).

Extremely private hut set within 15 acres of wilderness to relax in the remotest part of Kent with direct access into the beautiful valley. Most guests visit us to shut the world out. This unique stylish property is very close to junction 5 on the M2 with easy access to London. Plan your visits to Canterbury Cathedral, Leeds Castle, Whitstable, Rochester Castle and many other tourist attractions with ease from this central location. The Property is two miles from the closest shop and the nearest train station is Sittingbourne. The property is set amongst beautiful paddocks with horses in livery in the adjacent stables. There is ample secure parking and easy access.

Biggin Farm bungalow

Take a break and unwind in the beautiful kent countryside, but still have great access to road and rail networks. Only half a mile away is the newly opened Wishful Thinker pub and restaurant. 1mile away is the village of Lenham, the picturesque square has 2 public houses, a couple of restaurants and a tea room. Historic and beautiful Leeds castle is only 4 miles away and the city of Canterbury is 23miles. Lenham has rail link to London and Ashford. 4.5 miles to junction M20 junction 8.

The Oast Cottage: Private Annex with own entrance.

We are pleased to offer our refurbished annex with double bedroom, private bathroom, own front door and a private field for dogs. Oast Cottage is a converted stables attached to the main Oast House. The Oast is set in a conservation area of Boughton Monchelsea which consists of converted farm buildings, listed houses and a 16th Century pub (directly opposite). The area boasts many places to visit (including Leeds Castle), countryside walks, as well as numerous pubs.

Shillinghurst Cottage is the perfect getaway for a relaxing break for friends, couples or a family break. It is cosy, comfortable yet modern and comes with everything you would expect to make it the ideal home away from home. Set in the heart of the beautiful village of Borden, it will suit individuals who like country walks, relaxing in a peaceful surrounding or exploring the many towns and cities nearby.

A Cosy Hideaway in Kent

Plenty of room to spread out in this self contained converted stable block (34' x 12'). Owners just a short stroll away and contactable throughout your stay. There are no sofa beds as we wanted a luxurious large space for two people although would be suitable to bring a baby and we are able to supply a travel cot. There are wonderful walks directly from the Stables and a well behaved dog is welcome.
