Oakleigh Cottage in the Vale of Evesham

Your countryside home awaits you in the market garden village of Badsey, in the Vale of Evesham. This 270 year old stone cottage was once the servants quarters for Oakleigh House, located centrally in the village on a quiet cul-de-sac. There are two pubs, a village shop & butcher nearby and country walks on the doorstep. Larger towns like Cheltenham, Stratford-upon-Avon & Worcester are within easy reach. More locally is the wonderful Cotswold town of Chipping Campden and the village of Broadway.

It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

Spring Cottage is a charming period property, Situated in the picturesque heart of the beautiful village of Bretforton. Lovingly refurbished, this luxury terraced cottage retains plenty of charm with characterful features of beams, and log burnining fire and exposed walls. The property dates back to 1800's but has been restored in a luxurious modern contempoary style. There is a south facing secure courtyard, which is ideal for alfresco dining. The famous National Trust Fleece Inn is close by.

At Saintbury Grounds Farm we have 3 self-catering holiday let properties set within the converted outbuildings of our 17th century Cotswold stone farmhouse. Full of charm and character, they are light, comfortable, contemporary spaces, finished and equipped to a very high standard. Can be booked separately or for larger groups of up to 10 people. The Old Piggery is a sunny cosy one bedroom property with its own large terrace with stunning views towards the horse arena and Cotswold Escarpment.

No.2 is a light and spacious Cottage with a large extended and fully-equipped kitchen. The living room is cosy and comfortable with its old fireplace and period lead windows. The bathrooms are spacious and fresh, each with a full size shower and a claw foot bath upstairs. All three mattresses are high quality and the bed linen comfortable and crisp. The street is quiet and safe, with on-street parking right outside. Broadway is the heart of the Cotswolds and a truly stunning part of the world.

Old Fox Cottage, Bretforton, Cotswold

A beautifully thatched and beamed Cotswold cottage that’s immaculately and tastefully furnished and feels homely, loved and cherished. Sleeping 4 in a comfortable king size double and twin bedroom, it’s perfect for a family, two couples or one couple who like a little extra room. Centrally located in the historic village of Bretforton (and a stone's throw from the historic Fleece Inn), it’s an ideal base to explore surrounding Cotswold villages – many of which are within a 10-minute drive.

Deluxe Coach House at Bretforton Manor with pool

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

Gras Lodge

Large wooden grey gates swing open to reveal a wide gravel driveway in the foreground is Gras Lodge which offers views over to the hills of the Cotswolds. The Lodge has 2 bedrooms, the 2nd bedroom is a twin room but can be made up to a superking upon request (This must be requested when booking). The kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. Guests are free to walk around the land (map supplied) through wildflowers, grass and enjoy any wildlife that you may see.
