The Garden Studio in the Heart of Bury St Edmunds

The Studio consists of 2 rooms: Bedroom with double bed on the GROUND FLOOR, with WC/Shower. UPSTAIRS sitting room, TV, sofa, books.. IMPORTANT: there isn’t a kitchen but a mini fridge and a microwave, cutlery/bowels The Studio has private entrance from the GARDEN door on the right of the main house, with a secluded walled courtyard with decking NOTE: 1. there is NO guaranteed parking nearby. 2 there are several steep/uneven steps, so it’s NOT suitable if you have mobility limitations.

The Strawberry Box - luxury eco barn conversion

The Strawberry Box is a luxuriously converted old tractor barn located on our working strawberry farm in rural Suffolk. South facing with extensive views across the rolling countryside, it is self contained and private, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, a romantic break or a base for exploring the rich heritage and beautiful villages around us. With approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized field and garden . The Annex has a large bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen, wet room/WC and a small but comfortable living room.

Cowslip houses three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen diner, dining area and lounge that can accommodate up to six people. The generous open-plan living area leads to a private and secluded outside terrace with stunning views of the meadow. The lodge contains underfloor heating throughout. As a welcome on your arrival, and to make you feel at home right away, we provide complimentary tea, coffee, a small carton of milk, sugar, bread, butter, cooking oil, eggs and a delicious homemade cake.
