Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The Apartment

"The Apartment" is a self contained 1 bedroom detached apartment. It is set within 2 acres of land and is adjacent to the owners own 1830's Georgian home. "The Apartment's" French doors open up to a covered veranda which overlooks a 1/3 of an acre of Orchard, boasting fruit trees of plums, pears & apples .To the side there is also Hot Tub. During your stay you have sole use of this private area and Hot Tub .Guest may want to bring flip flops as the Hot Tub is sat on Cotswold stones.

The larch clad property has an industrial, boho meets the Cotswold vibe with its own private wild flower garden, perfect for alfresco dining. Excellent location for walking, running and cycling. Close to the beautiful town of Cirencester, idyllic picturesque villages and gastro pubs galore!

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

Close to Devizes & Marlborough with good independent shops and restaurants

Horseshoe Cottage is in a peaceful location, enjoying rural views. Great for those wanting to holiday & explore the Wiltshire countryside or as a business commute to local towns. Near to Royal Wootton Bassett, a market town with a good selection of pubs, shops & restaurants & easy access to the M4 makes it is an ideal base for exploring Wiltshire & beyond. Nearby lakes & trails provide ideal opportunities for walking & cycling. Stonehenge & Avebury are also close by.
