Meadow Cottage is a welcoming, cosy two bedroomed retreat raised from the ruin of a Welsh longhouse. It nestles in a beautiful valley flanked by trees and hills and is the perfect place for a relaxing break. As you approach the property along the narrow country lane, be prepared to fall into the embrace of this peaceful and tranquil location. The cottage is well equipped and has a pretty garden surrounded by fields and woodland with a patio for alfresco dining or just being at one with nature.

Dogs welcome, large enclosed garden. South-facing with fab sunsets from the decked area where you can sit out and have a BBQ. Large outdoor space with good walks from the doorstep.

Relaxing location - Lower Cresswell is a Georgian farm set in 36 acres of beautiful pastures, and ancient woodland, and home to Herdwick sheep, Pet pigs, goats, alpacas, chickens and waterfowl, with views stretching over the Carmarthenshire countryside. Our guests choose to stay because it is small friendly campsite and for the quiet environment. WE DO NOT allow amplified music at anytime and all guests need to be quiet after 10pm Check in from 15:00 -18:00. Checkout by 11:00

The Gambo

The Gambo is a traditional Shepherd's Hut with all the modern comforts you need for a relaxing break. It has a king-size bed, a fitted kitchen, full size fridge, wood-burning stove and bathroom. There is a 2-seater snuggler settee to relax and enjoy the spectacular view of the countryside and nearby coastline. Outside is a firepit, table, chairs and a Jacuzzi hot tub. The river cothi runs through the field and offers beautiful walks. Portable DVD player and a selection of dvds available. Wood fired hot tub. Tea, coffee and milk provided.
