Our annex provides a light & modern place to explore, relax or simply somewhere to stay for work. The annex benefits from its own private entrance, very fast broadband, parking for up to two vehicles, beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, small patio & communal gardens. LARGE STUDIO: (T0) A large self-contained quiet studio with UK size 2m double bed, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette with it's own private entrance. Attached to our house. There is off-street parking for 1 guest car. Convenient for the A4, M4, M40 M25 London is 25 miles. Heathrow Airport is 15 minutes away by car.. Direct trains into London. The Elizabeth Line train runs from Maidenhead station direct to London and the West End. Good for Windsor, Ascot, River Thames, Pinewood Studios etc.

Flat includes large living area with kitchen & dining table, bathroom & bedroom with UK kingsize bed Free parking available in an allocated space in private car park 2 minutes away from the flat. PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

Located 25 minutes from London Marylebone by use of Chiltern Railway Services at Gerrards Cross Station (10-15 minute walk from property) and no more than 40 minute drive from London Heathrow. This accommodation will provide a home away from home experience.

If you need quiet time in the evenings to study, unwind or just chill out you will find it here.

The Studio is equidistant between town and country, Berkhamsted Golf Club is just over 5 mins walk away, whilst the the High St with an abundance of stylish coffee shops, boutiques & restaurants a 12 min walk. The Grand Union canal is a 10 min stroll down the hill with many canal side pubs to while away a few hours. Berkhamsted Station a 12 min walk, be in London in 30 min
