The Bothy is stone built, situated by the farm barns and parking outside. The ground floor rooms overlook the gardens of Wilcote Manor. Tennis court-just ask, pool if open and free The Bothy is decorated in neutral colours, good ceiling heights & original beams with open plan living room, sofabed, 2 double bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.

The Old Bakehouse Quintessential Cotswold Cottage.

A 350 year old cottage built in Cotswold stone. It retains a wealth of original character including oak beams, flagstone floors and the original cast-iron oven doors from its days as a bakery. Enjoy cosy evenings by the wood burning stove or summer days on the terrace with the french doors thrown open. Ideally located for exploring the many Cotswold villages, historic estates, Blenheim Palace, Oxford, Bicester Village, Soho Farmhouse, Estelle Manor, Daylesford, Diddly Squat Farmshop and more.

Little Chestnut Cottage

Situated in a quiet location in the village of Stonesfield, Little Chestnut Cottage is a charming self-contained base from which to explore the Cotswolds and local attractions in the Oxford area such as Blenheim Palace. The cottage is just over an hour away from London yet surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are plenty of walks straight from the door across the picturesque Evenlode valley. Shakespeare’s Stratford is less than an hour away if you want to go a little further afield.

Cotswold cottage in Kingham

Slow down and recharge at The Old Smithy. Built about 600 years ago, this Cotswold stone blacksmiths forge has been transformed into a cosy retreat for two. Kingham is a highly sought after village in the heart of the Cotswolds. With a wealth of brilliant pubs and wonderful countryside walks on our doorstep, you can bring your dog along to enjoy too. The Kingham Plough and The Wild Rabbit, are a short walk away. Daylesford Organic Farm Shop and Bamford club a longer walk/short drive.

Self-contained Annex

Our self contained annex is on two floors with a separate entrance. The ground floor has a kitchen and dining space, with fridge/freezer, cooker & washing machine together with the basic cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery. The first floor contains the large bedroom and en-suite shower room. There is a standard double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair. WiFi is provided. Situated at the entrance to a quiet cul- de-sac there is a bus stop outside and the train station is a 15 minute walk away.

2-bed cottage nr Soho Farmhouse

Quintessential Cotswolds cottage with boutique-inspired decor, 7mins drive from Soho Farmhouse. 2 king-sized bedrooms, lounge with wood burner, kitchen with Range cooker and a bathroom with a roll top bath and rainfall shower. Recently decorated with Farrow and Ball colours, our home has many designer touches, as well as a collection of art and photography books. You may find a Soho House robe or two… Fast wifi and smart TV (for when you have finished reading all the books 😉)

A gorgeous place to stay in the Cotswolds with 4 fantastic pubs within 10 minutes walk. The Bull pub in the village recently won "National Pub of the Year"! There are a huge number of stunning country walks direct from the front door. It's a large, spacious 4 bedroom detached house with private garden. Wheelchair friendly with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor. Private parking on the drive for several cars.

Syringa, Sheep Street Charlbury

Beautifully renovated 17th cent cottage. Situated in Sheep Street Charlbury, a few doors down from The Bull Inn. Peaceful, tranquil and centrally-located. Double bedroom (super-king size), bathroom, large living room and kitchen. Private south facing back garden, with stone walls and apple trees. This is an old property with low doorways between rooms and a very steep stair case with hand rail (See pictures) It is not suitable for those with restricted mobility.

Our comfortable and spacious guest house is tucked away on a quiet private road in the heart of the picturesque market town of Charlbury. Just a few minutes’ walk from charming local pubs serving delicious food and drinks. A perfect base for exploring nearby villages and Cotswold attractions, including Soho Farmhouse, Diddly Squat Farm, and Daylesford. Only a 8-minute walk to the train station, with direct mainline services to London Paddington.

The Bothy is a totally unique and charming studio apartment, set in the rafters of a barn on our farm. You can swim in the natural swimming pool on your doorstep. There are fields beyond for walking or cycling. It's a wonderful, peaceful setting for those who want to get some calm space. Fresh air in the summer, cosy rural retreat in the winter. It can also be used as an extra double annex to our other holiday let, the Luxury Barn on AirB&B.
